Pregnancy in women with liver cirrhosis is extremly rare because of reduced fertility with disturbance of estrogen metabolism. Such decreased fertility in those women suffering from cirrhosis might be due to endocrine and metabolic causes. Recently, we experienced one case of esophageal varix bleeding of postnecrotic liver cirrhosis in pregnancy, and deliverer) by Cesarean section sucessfully. So we present this case with a brief review of concerned literature.
